Overview

BusRight OOO Calendar is an internal tool designed exclusively for BusRight employees to view and coordinate team out-of-office schedules. This privacy policy explains how we access, use, and protect your calendar information.

What Data We Access

When you connect your Google Calendar, BusRight OOO Calendar accesses:

• Your out-of-office events and PTO entries
• Event titles, dates, and descriptions
• Your BusRight email address

How We Use Your Data

Your calendar data is used solely to:

• Display your out-of-office schedule to other BusRight team members
• Help teams coordinate coverage and planning
• Improve internal communication about availability

Data Storage and Security

BusRight OOO Calendar does not store your Google Calendar access tokens or any calendar data on our servers. All authentication tokens are maintained in your browser session only and are never transmitted to or stored in any database. Calendar data is fetched directly from Google's API during your active session and is not retained after you close the application.

Who Can See Your Data

Your out-of-office schedule is visible only to other BusRight employees who have access to this internal tool. This information is used for business coordination purposes within your organization.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time by logging out
• Revoke access through your Google Account settings
• Rest assured that no data deletion is necessary as nothing is stored on our servers

Data Retention

We only fetch and display current and upcoming out-of-office events during your active session. No calendar data or access tokens are permanently stored on our servers. All session data is automatically cleared when you log out or close your browser. We do not retain any historical calendar information.
