Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BusRight OOO Calendar, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This tool is provided exclusively for BusRight employees to facilitate internal team coordination and planning.

Intended Use

BusRight OOO Calendar is designed to:

• Display team members' out-of-office schedules
• Help coordinate coverage during employee absences
• Improve internal communication about availability
• Facilitate better planning across departments

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the tool only for legitimate business purposes
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Respect the privacy of other team members' schedules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendar information
• Report any security concerns to IT immediately

Access and Authorization

Access to BusRight OOO Calendar is restricted to authorized BusRight employees only. When you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize the application to access your out-of-office events during your active session. All authentication is handled client-side in your browser, and no tokens or calendar data are stored on BusRight servers.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share your account access with non-BusRight personnel
• Attempt to access data you're not authorized to view
• Use the tool for personal or non-business purposes
• Export or misuse calendar data outside of its intended purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application

Service Availability

BusRight OOO Calendar is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for consistent availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance without prior notice.

Data Accuracy and Privacy

Calendar information is fetched directly from your Google Calendar during your active session. You are responsible for maintaining accurate out-of-office entries in your calendar. BusRight is not responsible for scheduling conflicts arising from inaccurate or outdated calendar data. All calendar data is processed client-side and is not stored on our servers.

Termination of Access

BusRight reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the tool at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or upon termination of your employment with BusRight.

Changes to Terms

BusRight may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
